OUR TEAM

The Law Office has been established in January 1998. The seat of the Office is in Novi Sad, the second largest city in Serbia, cca. 75km (45 miles) north of Belgrade.

From the very beginning, the Office was recognized as one that strives to achieve results that exceed expectations. Thus, the goal is to deliver professional and adequate information and representation to individuals and businesses, dedicating resources and tailored expertise as well as to provide high quality, creative, result-oriented and positive performance and outcome.

The legal team of six attorneys is handling complex and sophisticated legal issues locally, nationally and internationally. We are at all times accessible, efficient and responsive serving with active involvement as a primary resource and as a partner in all aspects of our clients’ business challenges, growth and development.

We enjoy a collegial group practice while recognizing that our principal goal is to serve our clients.

Attorney at Law (1998). Graduated at the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad (1994). Specialist in Civil and Commercial Law of the European Union (German Academic Exchange Service – DAAD & German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation –IRZ with Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, 2002). Court translator for the English language (2003). Member of the European Law Institute (Vienna, Austria, 2017; www.europeanlawinstitute.eu), Belgrade Arbitration Center (Belgrade, Serbia, 2017; www.arbitrationassociation.org) and Serbian Association for International Law (1996). Red Cross volunteer since 1994 and president of the Vojvodina Red Cross (2014).

Veselin Guberinić, LL.B. (1989). Attorney at Law (2016). Graduated at the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad (2013). Speaks English language.

Milana Milutin, LL.M. (1991). Attorney at Law (2017). Graduated at the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Sad (2014). Completed master studies in Labour Law (2015). As a student, participated at the Big Deal competition in Commercial Law. Speaks English and Russian language.
